WPA Instructor Policy

Woodley Park Archers does not assert any authority over whom or when instructors may teach private lessons. However, WPA does prohibit private instruction, for profit or pro-bono, within a WPA Sponsored Class and while signed up for said class as a volunteer. Instructors may conduct private lessons during times WPA offers classes, but they must do so outside the boundaries of the WPA class and the instructor may not be concurrently registered as a volunteer for the WPA class.

For example , WPA has a Beginner Class on Saturday from 9am to 1030am on the covered range. Coach Jane may conduct a private lesson at the same time on the field range, but must not be registered as a  volunteer during the WPA Beginner class.
